PLEASE UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES BOOK THESE APTS,WE BOOKED 3 ROOMS.THE ROOMS WERE FILTHY DEFINITELY NOT CLEANED.1BATHROOM WAS FLOODED WITH MUSHROOMS GROWING AROUND THE TOILET BOWL. IT IS DEFINITELY NOT WHAT IS ADVERTISED DEMANDED A DEPOSIT THE DAY BEFORE WE WENT.OTHERWISE THEY WOULD NOT GIVE US ENTRY CODE. ITS A TOTAL SCAM BEWARE. NOW IGNORING OUR CALLS AND NOT RETURNING OUR DEPOSIT

Wow DONT stay here what a joke of a place to stay it was filthy and disgusting and stunk (apartment 1 actually had food in the microwave still) we stayed here on the GNR weekend for one night and they charged us a fortune to stay there, they actually need to pay you to stay there!! My niece and her partner were doing the GNR the day after and couldn’t stay there so went all the way back home and came back again the morning for the run Never stayed any where like it! We came back after having something to eat and it stunk of **** in the hall way we didn’t sleep a wink that night bed was so uncomfortable and we slept with our clothes on. We contacted the owner on the night to send them photos and say how disgusted we were and were fobbed off and then they have the cheek to charge you £150 damages charge!! They seriously need to sort their cleaners out AVIOD AT ALL COSTS!!!

Whatever you do, do not give your hard earned money to these people. We booked this for one night as we needed a base to stay en route to another destination. I paid the initial payment to ********** who have them passed my phone number on to the guy who owns the property. The guy WhatsApped me in the day saying that I need to pay £100 damage deposit before he would give me the code to enter the property. I reluctantly paid as I have two children with me and I would’ve been stranded in a place miles from home. Once in the property, I realised that there is damage everywhere to chairs, kitchen equipment, the place was FILTHY. Don’t think it’s ever had a hoover, there was dirty socks on the floor, someone else’s dirty clothes still left in the washing machine and to top it all off, a DIRTY, USED NAPPY on the bathroom floor, someone’s clothes still in the washing machine and no hot water or heating . I rang multiple times and he ignored my calls, despite being active on WhatsApp. When I finally got hold of people from the number provided by **********, they kept saying someone would get back to me. I kept ringing them and no one got back to me. Also whilst I was there, two different people knocked the apartment door and the room had been booked out to them too so they were stranded. I feel guilty for making my children stay in this filthy hellhole for one night but it was either that or the streets. ********** who I booked it through have been NO HELP AT ALL and offered me 12USD even though I’m £155 out of pocket. Trading standards and environmental health are next to be contacted as I will not leave this lie. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!! they will put you in this dirty and damaged property and then charge YOU for the damage and mess. SCAMMERS!!

Wrong code for front door given , no answer on phone so neighbours let us in ! Flat firthy !! old socks in wardrobe , dirty crockery and Utensils , table Smeared with who knows x mattresses Ruined !!!dirty bedding and pillows 🤢🤮🤮 !!! Tv didn’t work ! DOG poo in the garden !! And very frustrating as deposit given when arrived at property…. Cornwall to Sunderland with no where else to stay … has still not been returned after stay 2 3/8 /22 x DO not stay here unless u plan on getting Ruined in town and trashing the place x the company’s a joke and has no customer service xx Stay somewhere excellent like the grand and visit Roker 🥰x

Stayed here for the weekend but left after 1 night - it’s filthy - tv broken, only 2 sockets in the bedroom (not near the bed) the window in the lounge doesn’t open so there’s a lingering smell, window in the bedroom doesn’t lock! Front gate broken (took a gash out of my finger) shower has no curtain and dripped all night, damp patches all over the walls in the bathroom. This is the WORST place I have ever stayed. The property is NOT contactable once you’ve left DON’T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY you won’t get it back. Bad reviews keep being removed from this site!

The apartment was dangerous There was water coming through the ceiling in the living room. 60cm long. The celing looked like it was going to collapse. You could see there had been previous leaks on the ceiling. The celing was in hazardous condition. There was also an open electric plug socket. It took 15 hours for the staff to find a solution that was unsuitable. Had to check out days early and no refund issue On the day you arrive they will they ask you to transfer £300 deposit directly into the bank they do not allow you to pay by credit or bank card which means you are not covered by your bank. It took an extremely long time and repeated messages to receive the deposit back. The hotel may seem a fair price, the uncertainty of not receiving your deposit back could make it very expensive its dangerous and not worth the hassle. Communication was non-existent. Will most definitely be reporting the hotel to trading standards.
