The home is located in the beautiful town of Sumter. All the amenities of home. Your home away from home. Just come and relax in the spacious living room area with hardwood floors throughout. An open kitchen with separate dining area. Clean comfortable bedrooms. Enjoy the screened in back porch with your favorite cup of coffee or glass of ice tea. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Enjoy!!!!About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE! If you must smoke do it outside and DO NOT throw butts on the ground or you may be fine $150.This house has an entry code to unlock the door.
