TRAVEL INSURANCE – The owner highly recommends that renters purchase travel insurance as refunds will not be given for any scenario other than as allowed with the standard cancellation window. We are following all CDC guidelines on cleaning and sanitizing our property. Our clean team is a professional service that has been trained in the cleaning and sanitizing of short term rentals they have gone through additional training recently on how to properly clean and sanitize short term rentals. Extra products and sanitizer will be supplied in our property for your use during your stay. We ask that you please not take these items with you as some products are very hard to find and we want to assure all of our guest that these items will be available for their stay . All of our linens and towels are sent out between each rental for professional cleaning. We have adapted one of the bedrooms with an en-suite into a handicapped accessible room. This room has a single grip bar placed beside the bed. There is also a grip bar in the tub/shower. We can supply a super pole with super bar for the shower .
