kamar executive aslinya lumayan bagus tapi kebersihan kamarnya kurang diperhatikan, Petugasnya kebersihan kurang professional. Kain korden lepas banyak yg lepas. Di wastafel ada tahi cicak, kain sprei kurang besar ukurannya dan asal dipasang dan spreinya kusut bagian dalam slimut.
juga pramusaji waktu breakfast habis mengambil piring kotor dari tamu makan sebelumnya. Meja tidak dilap pdhal jelas terlihat bekas makanan dan air masih di meja krn menunggu lama akhirnya saya panggil dan jawabanya ketus
Sayang sekali hotel sekelas bintang 4 tp petugasnya asal2 an dan gak profesisional.

設施：一般，房間真的太小了，兩個人轉不開身，好在有熱水，但是在火山村附近算是很不錯的
衞生：還行床品是乾淨的
環境：在bromo山腳下算是很不錯的了，凌晨上山可以多睡會
服務：還行，早餐挺豐富的但是不咋地好吃

800多的房間還不如國內齊天如家，房間裏面很舊，衞生也做的不好，床單上還有血漬，要不是到的太晚了，又要出發bromo，不然肯定不住了。

家庭房特別吵，靠近路邊，夜裡兩點前不停有吉普車經過的聲音特別大，然後窗户不遮光，夜裡外面走廊的燈開着直接透到床上，不值這個價。圖片就是晚上睡覺拍的窗户燈光照片，夜裡兩點都沒用鬧鐘，就被路邊車輛聲音吵醒了。
不如住到再離火山近一點的村子裏，至少便宜

距離bromo比較近，車程15分鐘，前提是早點出門不要遇到堵車。酒店屬於小而美，有點藝術氣息，房間尚可，但是靠路邊的房間凌晨會聽到去上山的摩託車和吉普車聲音，如果定比較大的套房或家庭房，就在酒店中間比較安靜的位置。
酒店餐廳早餐比較豐富，中午和晚上的點餐也不錯，出了本地菜系，連三文魚都做的挺好的，可以放心點。
酒店不提供租厚衣服，只有賣衣服的。附近有ATM。
