Small, child friendly, cosy holiday development "Alpendorf". 1 km from the centre of Stumm, on the outskirts, 2 km from the centre of Kaltenbach, in a quiet, sunny position, 5 km from the lake, 1.7 km from the skiing area, in the countryside. For shared use: property 2'000 m2. Children's playground. Private: lawn for sunbathing. Patio, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, sauna, relaxation room, storage room for skis, central heating system. Parking. Grocery 1.5 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop "Stumm Märzenklamm" 700 m, railway station "Kaltenbach-Stumm Bahnhof" 1.8 km, outdoor swimming pool 1 km, thermal baths 9 km. Overall, the accommodation is good and scores above all with the many bedrooms. The furniture and beds are good, although a sofa had already been pretty much. A small drawback are the unconventional doors through which the lower toilet is not possible. Th

Accommodation was good for 10 people. Unfortunately the fridge is too small for so many people - there is room for improvement Location connection great) staff very friendly, handover everything went very uncomplicated ☺️

House is just as high as the village, a fifteen minute walk to the center of the village. House is very neat, clean, practical, nicely decorated, good for 8 people. The cottage has no balcony with a beautiful view of the valley. We had a very nice week.

We enjoyed this real Austrian holiday home. A small downside was that there was no chair in the bedrooms. Even if it was just a simple kitchen chair to put your clothes on. The shorter ladies couldn't see in the mirrors because they were too high. Maybe a

Stayed in chalet no. 3 which is very large and comfortable. Equipped with all the amenities. The only flaw is the dishwasher to be changed because it is now dated. For the rest: optimal position for walks and to reach the various ski lifts - maximum tranq

The houses themselves are not bad for larger groups, but very shabby and not really clean (hair ties from previous travelers in the bed, very dingy sofa). Also were as in other houses otherwise existing things (pepper, sponge).
