Ok for a stop but only a 3 star motel. Rooms were somewhat clean but don't expect clean towels or any cleaning service. Breakfast was cold. They must not know how to use the warmer pans. Breakfast is from 6am to 9am instead of 10am like it should be. Windows are a mess. can't see out them very good. But you can't expect much from this nationality. They do not understand hospitality in the US. Probably would not stay there again. Disappointed in Wyndam resorts' as they don't regulate their owners. Will need to stay away from Wyndam until they clean up their act.

This hotel gives no refunds for changes or cancellation. We had to cancel our trip due to a sickness we didn't want to pass on to our 99 year old grandmother who lives in the area. There was NO option available to make a refundable booking. The property stonewalled us and were rude and evasive despite many repeated attempts to request even a partial refund of our multi night stay.

It was a very comfortable room and really quiet. Ruby's Pub & Grill is downtown and a real good place for a meal.

I checked in to this hotel very late - it was after 1:00 am. I was very very happy with Clean room - it was a nice size. The comfy bed and clean smell in the room helped me fall asleep instantly! I was traveling with two dogs. I would highly recommend this for families! Safe location.

Their website is not reservation friendly and if you make a mistake on the dates, they WILL NOT help you. They will take your money, make no concessions and leave you stranded in the middle of Iowa. Very disappointed. Will go back to staying at the Hilton or Marriott hotels.

We needed to make arrangements for a block of rooms because a member of our family had passed away. We were greeted at the front desk with warmth and compassion. Prexa helped us reserve the rooms. As each of our family groups arrived they found the same warm welcome. Later, we were allowed to use the conference room for our family to gather together. Everyone was so understanding and accommodating. We were very imressed with the cleanliness of the facility. Everyone commented what a nice place it was for being in a small rural community.

Spent $40 more than what it should have cost so not the best value but, a pretty nice place. We got there before it filled up and were given a ground floor room close to the front door. Our room was large and comfortable and equipped with all of the expected amenities. I think the pool was open - it looked nice to me but, we didn't use it. Breakfast was really pretty good. Location is awful - or perfect - depending on how you look at it. There is nothing within walking distance but it's also private and quiet being out there all by itself.

Worst Americinn I've ever stayed at. Woke up w/ flea bites, room reeked of cigarette smoke, blood stained sheets on both beds, sticky table top, clock didn't work....very disappointing. And no compensation.

Maid service was not consistent. One day it was half done, new towels, bed not made. The next day it was not done at all. The pool area had a spilled beer that didn't get cleaned up. Table was sticky and strong odor of beer.
