Best Western Plus Strongsville Cleveland

Every one there is extremely nice except the man working in the restaurant. The hotel has addressed the issue with this man. The facility is clean. They even knock on your door in the morning to see if you need fresh towels. The only thing I wish they had was a microwave in the rooms. I have stayed here many times and usually have a nice experience.

This hotel was sub zero. The elevators worked sporadically only one elevator was working, and it was shared by guests and staff. The room smelled extremely musty. The loveseat was torn and looked terrible. We hung our sign on the door to receive room service and new towels. Nothing was touched so we had to use the towels we use the previous day. The water in the sink only came out cold. I had to wash my face bending over the bathtub to get warm water. This is totally unacceptable.

Everything was as described and nice!

This is a good place to stay for the money, that is for the money. Not a high-end hotel but they have a great breakfast. Like most places it seems they are probably understaffed.

Had a good stay, good location good price great staff and was good roo

Mold they painted over in various places, the air was moist so the sheets were wet and the man at the counter refused to get me another room. There was a giant hole in my wall and the tool was filthy. There is a thick brown dirt ring around the pool amd the breakfast was mid. Pay the extra 30$ and go somewhere else.

Like it very much, it's my 4th times choose there… they have great breakfast and very clean badroom

Very, very dirty!

Had a great stay here. Staff was amazing as usual. Always pleasant here.
