I had an incredibly frustrating experience that compelled me to share my feedback. Upon arriving at the designated location, I found myself waiting somewhere around the building for an extended period, eagerly anticipating the arrival details that were supposed to be provided promptly. To my dismay, not only did I not receive any log-in information, but my numerous calls and messages seeking assistance went completely unanswered. The lack of communication left me stranded and feeling completely abandoned as I stood outside with no access to the accommodation I had booked. This not only disrupted my travel plans but also left me in a vulnerable situation. To make matters worse, when I attempted to address this issue with *********** customer service, the response I received was shockingly unhelpful. I was informed that I couldn't get a refund, leaving me without any recourse for the inconvenience and stress caused by this neglectful experience. This complete lack of responsiveness and the refusal to offer a refund is utterly unacceptable. As a customer, I expect a basic level of service, including timely communication and support when facing issues.
