Easy to park and find the hotel. Received a warm friendly greeting at reception and was dealt with efficiently. The room was clean and spacious. Unfortunately the TV guide didn’t work and I was better off using no WiFi on my phone as things took longer to load using the premier inn wifi. And also it’s not very soundproof and could hear every door closing through the night. The breakfast was good and made to order. Had no problems at all. Great location right next to the Trafford Centre but no road crossing for pedestrians from the hotel to the Trafford Centre.

Rochelle and Lucy were so friendly. From start to finish, they helped me book in for a meal deal which was great value! The food in the restaurant was great also. I enjoy my visit very much thank you for the great experience. Will definitely be returning to. Wishing them nothing but the best

Very welcoming and clean staff are amazing and beds were so comfortable. We had a great time in the bar with the kids playing pool and they were so glad to have been given books at reception to read while they were in bed. Would recommend to anyone

Hotel has friendly staff and is a great location near Trafford Centre across the road. Clean, comfy hotel with a lively restaurant next door showing all the big games, perfect for football fans or anyone wanting good food and atmosphere nearby.

brilliant little hotel & great location as well, was reccomended to check out monton on saturday and that was a good one. Staff were proper friendly – big shoutout to the lad on reception who looked after us during our trip. we would stay again

Rachel and the other lady (with tattoos) were so helpful and so friendly assisted us with luggage although we could see they were very busy they always made exceptional effort to assist us with directions to local attractions . Room was spotless no complaints , look forward to coming back in summer

Such a lovely comfortable bed and pillows.Great WiFi.lovey modern bathroom with full size bath. Very nice breakfast with lots of choices and lovely coffee. Staff on reception were very helpful . Great place to stay directly across the road from The Trafford Centre.

The rooms are so incredibly hot, it wasn’t that warm outside but with no air con and the window only allowing to be cracked open was impossible to sleep. Staff are lovely however , the location is good but at the very least they should make the windows open wider

Fabulous hotel!! Easy walk across the road to the Trafford centre, hence why we have stayed 3 times in a year!!! Easy to get to the airport as we had a really early flight the next morning, took 10 minutes to get there across the motorway!! Spotless rooms gorgeous will be returning as soon as we can ❤️
