Room not ready and found used and not cleaned. Alternative room was dirty, dusty and bed sheets had blood stains on them. Food standards were good, hotel seemed genuinely understaffed, staff at reception had to cover restaurant whilst trying to deal with new guests. Area of room in hospital had a bad smell also- throughout!!

Disappointing stay, Heater in room did not work (this is an ongoing issue with the new air-conditioning, the old wall heaters were far more reliable) and no shower gel. Also evening menu very basic, think this is the new format at the in house Premier Restaurants. As usual, staff very helpful, but the cost cutting is showing!!

Worst Premier Inn weve stayed in, slow reception, a warren of narrow corridors, some of which were ramps and flights of stairs after you've used the internal lift, poor choice of evening meals, basically fish and chips or two types of curries or pasta. The shower had no water pressure in our room. The hand held section barely had enough water pressure to shower in luke warm water. The rain water shower head couldn't be used as it only dripped every few seconds. The hotel was not particularly clean anywhere.

This is a nice hotel, comfy and clean. Staff were nice and helpful. The hotel is central to everything so is a great location to go sightseeing. Food at breakfast and dinner was great. Would definitely stay again. Great value for money. Would recommend.

Had a lovely couple of days staying at this Premier Inn. A quick 2 minute walk into the town centre. Rooms as always are clean and very comfortable. All staff were exceptionally helpful. The menu, whilst limited, was really good. Hot food, tasty and definitely value for money. 5 out of 5 for everything!

The friendliest welcome every at a premier inn, seemed genuinely friendly. Room was lovely and very central but limited menu so if you want a better selection and bar go to the other one not far away which is on the canal. All staff here were great.

The hotel is situated right in the heart of Stratford so ideal for sightseeing. There is no car park but we booked and stayed on someone's drive. Hotel was very clean and felt like it had recently been refurbished. The hallways are like a rabbit warren and a couple of times we got a "bit lost". Beds were very comfy and breakfast was nice and fresh. However they need new toasters as they take about 15 minutes to brown your toast!! Only downside was our room looked out onto a roof and there was some kind of appliance that hummed all night giving my mum a bad night Without that or if I was in a different room I would definitely stay again.

WiFi was non-existent, breakfast was very poor, reception desk was unmanned 3 of the 4 times I went to visit and no one answered the phones. Bathroom was fine, the room itself was fine if difficult to find, had a wonderful view of an air conditioning unit from the window, but the rest was fine. Probably the worst Premier inn I've ever stayed in.

We were given a tiny room, with a skylight that did not open. The room smelled of drains and was very hot. The air con would not respond. I requested a different room, which I was given and was much better, but I was already unhappy. The receptionist said the air con does work, but that it is turned off at a master switch at 3pm! Chef at breakfast was very pleasant and professional, but to be honest, the tired state of the rooms and the standard of the breakfast makes me think they are cutting corners. I will take my chances elsewhere in future, as the standard I am used to seems to have evaporated.
