Lovely B&B. We stayed in The Garden Annex, which was huge & very comfortable. The hostess was lovely & served up a cracking full cooked breakfast. Good location into Stratford, but free parking on site & added bonus. Will definitely return for longer next time.

Stayed one night, and it was excellent. Beautiful large room, very comfortable. The host, Jeannie, could not have been more helpful. It felt like a home from home. And...a fantastic breakfast. Highly recommended.

When we pulled up to this location we thought, oh we have booked to stay in someones home. We tentatively knocked on the door. We were so surprised we enjoyed the stay as much as we did. What an efficient lady Jeanie is, spotless roomy acommodation, great location, a fridge & coffee & tea in the room, truly a home away from home. We have been travelling for over a month all over Europe & this was the best place we stayed at. Our hostess had thought of everything you could need to be comfortable. So many places could learn from this lady. Could not recommend this accommation higher, can understand why she receives so much repeat business. Oh, & a spectacular fully cooked breakfast. This is a well located B&B for the theatre. It’s easy to find and car-parking was good. The welcome is warm with tea and cake offered. Our room was very comfortable, bathroom was a great size with a fab Walkin shower. Breakfast was outstanding. The real selling point of this B&B is the owners, friendly and helpful.

We had a fabulous 2 nights at No.82 B&B. Perfect location to walk to town and visit the sites of Stratford-Upon-Avon. The accomodation, breakfast and host was outstanding. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

My wife and I stayed here last Saturday night and it was amazing ! We has the Anex at the bottom of the house garden and it was beautiful in every way.. our host was fantastic and couldn’t do enough to make our stay unforgettable, and breakfast, OMG, it was wonderful. It’s not as far as it portrays from the town centre, 15 mins max ! If we were to stay in Stratford upon Avon again I wouldn’t even look at staying anywhere else. Thanks Gene, and ABBA concert was amazing by the way xxx

A lovely welcome by Jeannie. Stayed two nights in the Annexe. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed. Lots of little extras. Fabulous breakfast. Couldn't ask for more. Would highly recommend. Will definitely be back. Thank you for making us so welcome.

Jeannie was an excellent host. The room was so comfortable and homely. Breakfast was so large that I thought all of Stratford were joining us. Jeannie was easy to talk to, and the location was perfect to walk to attractions. Loved this B&B. Thank you.

We had a perfect stay at No 82. The room and the ensuite were a good size and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. No 82 is in a good location as a short walk to the town centre. The breakfast was perfect. The host was very friendly and such an interesting person to talk to. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
