The room was freshly renovated and looks great. We were greeted by very nice staff who also spoke some German and gave us some good advice on what to visit. We enjoy free parking which is perfect since the tram is just a quick 5 minute walk from here. Overall the hotel and the room look very clean and looked after. I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a place that is not that expensive and hidden away but still close to public transport. Also the room we got is wheelchair friendly with some handicapped parking right in front of it.

The Hotel is decent . The location is very convenient since it’s very close to tram station(5minutes walk). Breakfast is very good and the staff is very helpful , kind and eager to help you . Rooms are clean but very small . That is the only negative about the hotel .

We spent 3 nights here. It's a short walk from the bus/tram stop, about 20 minutes from the train station. We went to Strasbourg for the Christmas Markets when the price for accommodations can be higher. This one was more affordable & a bit spartan.

While, as in some other reviews, the rooms are a little “tight” we found the room comfortable. Any request, such as early checkin or extra towels, was happily accommodated. It is the staff that made this trip a 10+; they truly were exceptional ! Would go back in a heartbeat ! Was a 15 minute walk to Petite France along the River and was nice to come back and escape the Christmas Market crowds.

Great place for a stop over! We stayed here for 1 night at the beginning of September on our journey back through France to the UK. Easy to reach off the motorway, lots of secure parking, with a barrier & code access. Our room was lovely. Bathroom clean and great shower. Kettle & coffee/tea in the room. No fan in the room, if it had been hot we would say that would be a great addition but we opened our window & that was fine. Even though we were opposite the lift the noise was minimal and we slept soundly. Reception staff very helpful & friendly. No complaints from us! The tram into Strasbourg centre was a few mins walk from hotel. You can walk to the centre by the river if you want to but we read that we may encounter some undesirables so we took the tram. Tram was easy to use, automated ticket machines on the platform and you validate your ticket on a separate machine before boarding. Only 4 stops. It was €2.10 per person. Spend the whole day in Strasbourg, it’s stunning! The guided river boat cruise was worth it for €15 each. Would definitely stay again 👍🏼

After a disastrous overnight stay in the UK this was our first stop on our road trip. Room was very small, paper cups with the complimentary tea/coffee and no milk. Couldn’t find anywhere local to eat in the near vicinity, both the restaurant and takeaway we found on Google maps had shut down. Room was clean and that’s about it.

We chose to stay at this hotel because it had on site car parking and would be happy to return. The location is excellent for visiting the city of Strasbourg with a tram stop 5 minutes walk away. The hotel is comfortable, rooms and shower rooms small but perfectly clean. We had an excellent breakfast.

We stayed here for 5 nights while we took 4 cats to a huge cat show. It was a lovely, relaxing stay. The staff were wonderfully helpful, the rooms were quite small but worked perfectly. Breakfasts were sumptuous. I couldn’t recommend it more!

Friendly & welcoming. The hotel was close to the motorway and handy for the tram or bus into town. A free car park was great. It is a family run hotel. clean rooms and good facilities. Breakfast was a classic continental with a good with a range of fruit, yogurts, breads, cold meats, cheeses and refreshments. The staff were helpful and attentive. It felt like a family hotel as the staff cared and maintained a good standard of cleanliness and tidyness in the restaurant area.
