This was a great experience from my first interaction with Anna Maria over the phone through our stay at The In with my husband. Everyone there is so kind and passionate about Stonington. We will definitely be back there when we need to get away from the kids. The views are stunning, the beds and pillows are comfortable, the wine and cheese hour, and breakfast were both lovely. Thank you for having us!

When I think about the Inn at Stonington, a wonderful calm and warmth comes over me! The area where the Inn is located is definitely beautiful and relaxing, but the true warmth comes from the Inn itself. The staff at the Inn are pleasant, helpful and available. The main area of the Inn offers a place to gather with friends, have conversations and even meet new travelers. I have been lucky enough to enjoy the Inn for several days on two different occasions. On one occasions 4 sisters had a reunion there and had endless conversations on the couch in front of a fire, in the sitting area, or enjoying their wine and cheese or continental breakfast. On the other occasions a friend group that meets yearly chose the Inn and Stonington as our place to meet. It was wonderful for all and full of laughter and stories. You would be very lucky to experience the Inn for any amount of time. Cheryl Katz

It had been five years since we were last at the Inn at Stonington. We were glad to see it was still the relaxing oasis we recalled from our three previous trips. The rooms are comfy and inviting. The staff is friendly. Enjoyed the evening wine and cheese. The continental breakfast was great, too -- especially the hot cinnamon sugar scones. We're already figuring out when to schedule our next visit.

From the moment you walk through that red door at the Inn at Stonington you will feel a sense of calm (the aroma of blueberry muffins waft through the air) and you will be completely taken care of by the wonderful staff members. Kate, Sue, and too many wonderful ladies to name are attentive, genuinely kind and warm individuals. The rooms were well appointed and certainly comfortable. The Inn also had great breakfast choices too. I cannot stress enough how enjoyable it was to deal with the friendly staff from the initial phone reservation to checking out of the inn. You will not be disappointed when you stay at the Inn at Stonington!! Can't wait to visit again soon.

Our experience here was impeccable at every turn. The Inn at Stonington is a gem. The room was clean and cheerful, the owner and staff were amazing, and their recommendations were lovely. Just a very charming and unique experience. The Inn drawing room is beautiful, with views of the harbor. We look forward to a return visit, hopefully again and again! Thank you!

Visited the Inn on a girls getaway. The Inn itself is charming, comfortable and spotless. The staff is accommodating and welcoming. and the Continental breakfast was delicious with lots of homebaked goodies. Also, a great location close to shops and restaurants. I would definitely return and recommend to friends.

This was our tenth time visiting the Inn and we are never disappointed. This time we were in Room 17 in the Annex which we love. This is everything you want in a good hotel room. A beautiful king bed with sheets, pillows and a duvet to die for. This is also the bathroom you want anywhere! A big tub and separate shower. And everything is wonderfully clean. The continental breakfast is a great start to the day. Granted, there isn’t a resort property and no extra amenities but it’s the room that many more expensive hotels don’t come close to delivering for twice the price. We love this place and the quiet beauty of the Boro. We shall return.

This was our second stay at the Stonington Inn and we had an absolutely wonderful time. The venue and location are gorgeous, the rooms are lovely and the staff is wonderful. We simply cannot recommend it enough! We have family in the borough and we look forward to staying at the inn whenever we visit. A very special place.

We have stayed at The Inn at Stonington several times. It's been years since leaving a review so I felt the need to review again. Absolutely top notch in everything. Rooms, service, location. The staff is the best, the absolute definition of hospitality. We live in CT just an hour away but feel a world away when staying at this gem.
