The food was amazing v most employees was respectful and very very sweet some had really messed up attitude didn’t give af about nobody feelings and quick to call police without even coming and explaining the issue

I don’t understand the poor reviews on this location. Very clean and cool design to the lobby area that’s more open style. Shoutout Derrick who was great checking me in. You can tell he enjoys his job or loves talking with people cause it was a nice experience. Wish they had breakfast like the other locations but that’s okay.

The staff was exceptionally nice and accommodating. The property was beautiful. It was very peaceful and quiet. My room was clean and had a pleasant smell. The hotel was located within walking distance of a lot of food and shopping, which I loved. My only complaint is the smell of chlorine in the pool area was so strong I couldn’t stand to be in there. I was really looking forward to enjoying the pool. That was a bit disappointing. But all in all I did enjoy my stay here and I would return.

Stay away! The miscellaneous fee is $110 per night! And I am HHonors member. Breakfast not included even though you’re paying over $200 per night. It was noisey in hallways and parking lot. The only good point close to mall. Next visit home I will stay somewhere else.

Unfortunately, this hotel was undergoing renovation when I was there. The non-existent lobby had huge plastic sheets hanging from the ceiling and the check in and bar locations were shoveled into the same space. The faucets and shower spit due to air in the lines when the contractors shut off the water. Not their best foot forward.

Marcia, the maintenance lady, tried several times to fix or exchange the heater in our room on a cold night (11-29-2023). Marcia was so kind and pleasant that it made a bad situation bearable. We were stressed,tired and needed sleep at 1:00am (11-30-2023) to get up at 5:30 am to eat and get on the bus. Sleeping time was 4 1/2 hours. Marcia and the ladies at the desk were excellent with helping us, but the heater problem was terrible.

I wish I could rate this a ZERO! I stayed here for 11 nights to work on a film set that filmed over the nights and regret every single moment and dime spent here. Our production had several rooms. First, ALL of the equipment in the gym is broken or "out of service" except for 1 janky elliptical. The ice machine on my floor was also "out of service" the entire 11 day stay. The water was turned off to the whole hotel for nearly a day. But wait, there's more.. Nowhere in my booking did it say that there would be a literal jackhammer pounding the floor RIGHT ABOVE MY ROOM every day from 10am - 4pm (always longer) for their hotel renovations. And when I asked to move rooms, I was rudely denied. Of course, with me working throughout the nights, those are my sleeping hours and I wouldn't have ever booked a hotel that had construction the ENTIRE time. The only notice guests received was a piece of paper in the elevator. Speaking of.. Oh, you thought you were getting two working elevators? No, one is turned off to the public and reserved All day for the construction workers. On my last day, I needed a little extra time to check out as my film set wrapped at 8am and my flight was not til 3. So, naturally, I asked for a late checkout. Again, DENIED!!!! What?!?! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The property and staff straight up SUCK! We're Filming again in a month and definitely taking the whole team to a different hotel. Poor excuse for a Hilton!!
