Single-family house "Magna Tilia", 3 storeys. In the hamlet Stolac 16 km from the centre of Senj, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 16 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 1'500 m2 with wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, hot tub, terrace (130 m2), barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, central heating system, air conditioning, washing machine, tumble dryer, heating available only from 15.Sep. - 15.May.. Parking (for 6 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 16 km, supermarket 16 km, restaurant 9 km, bicycle rental 16 km, bus stop 7 km, pebble beach 16 km, concrete beach 16 km. Cycle lane 20 m. Groups of teenagers on request only. Hot tub (extra). Organizing a party is not allowed. By groups of young people double deposit is requested on arrival. 7-room house 280 m2 on 3 levels. Beautiful and modern furnishings: living/dining room 63 m2 with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), satellite TV. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and satellite TV. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. 2nd upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and satellite TV. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. 4 balconies 3 m2, terrace 25 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture, deck chairs, box-room. Facilities: safe, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. The house is more beautiful than the pictures show. Ideal for going on holiday with different families. The rooms are all the same and each has its own bathroom. Convenient kitchen and laundry room. The outdoor area was also great. Nicely furnished outdoo

Well-equipped, new house, perfectly situated in a quiet place. Panoramic landscape of the sea and islands (the building is located at an altitude of approx. 900 m above sea level). It is true that the charming town of Senj is 16 km away, but driving along
