From the 100 acres of Preston Hall Park to the 13 miles of the Great North Run, there's always plenty to see and do. Why not start the day with a trip to Preston Park, and perhaps catch the motor show? Then if it's time for a bite to eat, visit Dracula's haunts in Whitby. After lunch, see a band at Middlesbrough Music Live, or stroll through the beautiful Preston Hall Park alongside the River Tees. Then it's back to the hotel for a slap up meal at our Brewers Fayre followed by a great night's sleep in a comfy bed.

This is a Premier Inn and you get what you usual get with the brand. Clean and comfortable. Nice pub food next door. Convenient location just off the A66. Friendly and helpful staff.

Stayed at this establishment on many occasions and it’s bang on, rooms clean, great WiFi and proper water pressure from the shower big shout out to Tory on reception everything was great service, I had a couple of minor issues but Tory sorted them, Great customer service skills.

Myself, my daughter and my granddaughter in a room with heating only. The fan was noisy and you can’t turn it off. The windows only open a few inches so that provides minimal air flow. A standard desk fan was provided but due to safety we’re weren’t comfortable leaving it running for the entire stay. Even in previous cold weather visits it being too hot and stuffy in the room has been an issues for a number of year. With the climate changing we think it’s about time for an upgrade in fans. The bathroom fan sounded like a kettle boiling make it very difficult to use at night. The uncomfortable stuffy conditions aside. The room was clean and the beds nice. Staff are always pleasant and professional. It’s handy a hotel for location.

Very helpful and friendly staff who are always ready to help. Special thanks to Ali who noticed that my wife was struggling with her CoPD and arranged for our room to be changed for one on a ground floor, to avoid having to use the stairs. This really helped to enhance our 3 night stay.

the lady on reception at night when I arrived her name was Ali,she couldn't do enough to help me get settled,from the moment I walked in she was there welcoming me in the hotel asking how my journey was etc really made me feel welcome 5 star rating

Short and sweet loved the service given by the two ladies at your Preston Farm hotel. Jay and Laura were fabulous both went the extra mile to make our stay a superb one. Brilliant experience because of these two lovely ladies 😊👍💙 Thank you 😊👍💙

Stayed here for work, had a lovely stay rooms are clean and the welcoming check in from Tory was amazing. She’s so lovely and professional. Really made the stay, she couldn’t do enough for us. So Thank you! Food in the restaurant was lovely too.

Not the most modern premier inn, though they do have work going on so hopefully will see some improvement, however it was definitely the most friendliest, Troy, who was managing reception was so lovely and incredibly friendly, because of her I would recommend.
