Very nice hotel, great staff! Breakfast was lavish and the hotel has a great bar and restaurant, Stay there next time again!

We really appreciated the central location this hotel had in Stockholm. The hotel is located literally 20 m from the Arlanda Express exit and is close to major sites like Stockholm's Central Station, city hall, and many good restaurants. There is tram stations nearby that can help you get to Gamla Stan, the Royal Palace and the museum area. We liked the quiet room we had and it always seemed to be at the right temperature during our stay in December. The room was a bit compact but was packed full of stuff - we had two chairs, a large TV, a desk, a kettle and a small closet to hang jackets in. As a couple, we wish we booked the room with a slightly bigger bed but we had no problems sleeping through the night. We also wish the electrical was better planned in the room because the light switch and plug locations were not convenient - there was a reading lamp set pretty high above the bed, there wasn't a plug in on both sides of the bed and the majority of plugs in the room were under the desk space so our kettle had to be used on the floor. The bathroom was nice and clean at this hotel. They had some nice sage scented products including conditioner, shampoo and body soap. The towels were very absorbent and soft. It was easy to get hot water and the shower had very good pressure. The shower wall was not bolted to the ground and there wasn't a tight seal but water only leaked out once. The breakfast was a highlight at this hotel. They had a large dining area on the ground floor near the lobby area and they offer a large variety of items. They had a hot food area with pancakes, chicken sausage, bacon, eggs, potatoes and vegetables with all the accompaniments like lingonberry sauce, whipped cream, mustard, maple syrup, etc. They had a coffee machine, large tea selection, smoothies, ginger/lemon shots, juices and on Saturday they offered us some non-alcoholic champagne. We appreciated the variety of cheese, pastries, fruit and cold items in the breakfast area as well. It was a good start to the day each day we were here. Check in went smoothly and they have options to do a digital check in and to check out online. The lobby area had a games area, a bar and a lounge space. They also had a Christmas station setup at the back of the lobby which had candy for the children on Saturday. Behind the hotel is an Ice Bar which is promoted at the hotel. If we find ourselves back in Stockholm we would consider this hotel again or recommend it to friends and family who visit.

Gorgeous hotel located 30 seconds walk from the Stockholm Arlanda Express train staton! Incredible location for a traveler with heavy bags, and lots of taxis downstairs. Reception was super vibrant and helpful, really appreciated it given the 25 hours I flew. Breakfast hall staff were lovely, and the restaurant bar was fantastic I loved the seafood casserole. Room was clean and modern. Oh! And my favorite burger joint in the world, MAX, is just next door! Perfect experience, 100% coming back.

The room is a bit colder even with central heater. But the toilet is well heated. I like the breakfast spread and it’s close to the arlanda express train to the airport.

Stayed for 3 nights and can’t be more happy with my stay. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Gym is open 24/7 and had an array of options when it came to the breakfast. Very clean rooms and would definitely stay again

Hotel is near to the Stockholm train station. There are also many eateries nearby the hotel. The room is small and not much spaces to open big luggage. Suitable for short stay.

Great hotel! Amazing location you can easily walk to the center. The train and bus station is less than 3 minutes away, taking you directly to the airport. The breakfast is superb!

If you're looking for a hotel near Arlanda Express Central station this is the one coz you're 1min away. Breakfast was good the staff, Nene', was very helpful We booked a superior room but had no fridge. The telephone in the room didn't work. The room wasn't warm enough coz the heaters both in the room and bathroom didn't work. Should have booked at Radisson Blu instead.

I was there for a holiday. I really liked the location, but there were some things off - Someone with a bag full of beers tried to get into the room using a card, luckly I was in. The reception gave us another key/card, but it left a general level of insecurity for my entire staying. - The internet wifi is very weak, everyone in my group of travellers was complaining. When I asked the reception they said that they didn't know anything about it. - The breakfast was good but way too packed (I would have loved having some salmon or fish as we are in Scandinavia) For the rest all good.

To be honest , very very near to central station but please check the map There are a lot of exit that you may go to the one further instead of Room is very very small , so anyone have issue with space , I don’t recommend , and if u have issue with air ventilation also cannot , only little fan provided with no external air Simple breakfast and you will get free flow of coffee and tea during day time when you sign up as member

be aware of theirs in lobby, it is the central area of Stockholm, high crime rates
