Terrible!!!! i was unable to reach the hotel because of extraordinary circonstances and the hotel refused to refund me the cost of it. Even I applied for the cancellation earlier. That is an hotel to avoid!!!!

Enjoyed the free parking and the location of the hotel. Had a great night sleep after exploring Stirling for the day and night. Highly recommend the hotel, just the rooms needed more of a deeper clean, as there was quite a lot of marks on most of the walls. The bedding or furniture was fine, and that's not an issue. The only reason it's not a 5 star is because of the sheer quantity of marks and stains. Other than that, it was spot on and would recommend

Easy. Right by the rail station. Away from City Centre madness. And very nice staff, from the restaurant to the front desk to housekeeping. Not my first stay here, and I hope to be back soon. Take a stroll by the Riverside, to become human again. Pro tip - Toast, one of the most popular little cafes in town, is right across the road.

What a difference a few months can make. We stayed here in June of this year and it was excellent. Returned and what a change. Had a problem connecting to the WiFi, asked at reception to be told they were having problems, they had called an engineer. Nothing said when we booked in. The Beefeater adjacent to the hotel has been taken over by Premier Inn and is a shambles. Very few draught beers on offer, no Guinness or cider. We waited nearly 50 minutes for our food to arrive whilst most of the patrons who ordered after us had eaten and left. When the food arrived my wife's gluten free order had a chunk of garlic bread on the plate. Food was, at best warm. Staff work so hard and were very good but they were let down by Premier Inn.

Not as comfortable a bed as usually get at premier inn but pillows always good. The bathroom needs a bit of TLC, quite a lot of mould around the trims. As we were on the ground floor overlooking the car park and the passage way from parking to reception we could have done with a lighter curtain so we could have daylight but also some privacy from people passing by. But the heavy duty curtains were excellent for blocking out the lights from the carpark.

Arrived ready for a meal as had travelled a distance,only to discover chef had walked out that day.Had to go searching for place to eat. Room was a bit "tired" and grubby looking. Curtains falling from the rail. Not the best place for a relaxing few days

Spur of the moment stay last minute. Staff at the desk helped me book my room at the best price for my stay. All done very fast, will certainly stay again if in area. Stirling is a lovely area and has a Nando’s establishment right on the door step which was good.

Long term resident due to working in the area, all staff are excellent, got to know them all really well, nothing is too much hassle for them, dont understand all the negative reviews, not had no issues myself, extremely convenient location too

Always enjoy staying here. Handy for Stirling city centre and parking is always available. Our room was spotless. Very quiet too. Best bit was that we came back in to find a birthday card and some chocolates (it was my birthday) from Carrie and her team. This was such a lovely touch and I really appreciated it.
