Tenuta Masseria & Spa Chicco Rizzo

Had an excellent stay here for 2 nights with friends from back home. The hospitality here is very welcoming and authentic with a homestay feel. Reception were very helpful, making calls to restaurants for us, changing money, and even made us salad for lunch when we arrived hungry (they do not have food for lunch so this was done as a favour), with no problem on their end. The rooms are very spacious and traditional. They have recently renovated so I found the rooms to be perfect. The aircon was strong which my boyfriend appreciated. The pool are was spacious and stunning, very relaxing stay here. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a masseria stay.

The property was a beautiful facility in the country but after entering our rooms we decided to leave in the morning. We had two rooms. One shower has an obvious ring of mold around the bottom. The other shower had an unpleasant smell. The bedding was old, the blanket pilled. The furniture very low end. There was a large party going on around midnight when we wanted to sleep. Our breakfast in the morning was adequate at best. We would never stay there again. They were nice about us leaving early.

Soggiorno stupendo : siamo stati da meraviglia durante 3 giorni. Personale gentilissimo ed educatissimo. Stefano, persona eccezionale sempre disposta ad aiutare. Ottima cena… purtroppo non abbiamo avuto tempo per fare un corso di cucina in loco… sara per una prossima volta!
