Such a beautiful manor to stay at. The room was wonderful, lovely layout and gorgeous bathroom. The staff were attentive and really helpful. Easy to walk into Stellenbosch and conveniently located for the wine farms which are a short uber away. We are excited to return again in the future.

This is my second day at Stellenbosch Manor and it did not disappoint! This is a stunning house, conveniently placed for central Stellenbosch, being just a 10 minute walk from all the restaurants and shops, but situated in a delightful tree-lined road and set in beautiful, well-tended gardens. The rooms are really luxurious and the linens and beds are some of the best I have ever stayed in. Linden and Tashriq are superb hosts and the support staff are charming and excellent. Breakfast are fantastic and they are home-made muesli has to be tried to be believed! It is fabulous! We are already looking forward to staying again one day.

A lovely relaxed boutique hotel, far enough out of the town to be peaceful and to park the car, but close enough to walk in 15 minutes. The rooms are spacious, comfortable (although a few more plug sockets and a desk/table would be great). Breakfast is a delight, half buffet, half served – always well presented by lovely helpful staff. Sun loungers are fine, but really need a few more as there are only four for eight nine rooms. Pool is lovely – or rather will be when the filter is fixed!

Really good location in Stellanbosch, easy access to restaurants and attractions Our room was large and elegantly furnished Excellent facilities for a comfortable stay Good breakfast and friendly helpful staff Highly recommended for a three to five night stay

A wonderful, welcoming guesthouse with amazing staff. Room was large with TV, sofa, bathroom with separate shower and bath. Tashrik organised our trips and reservations, even took us to our dinner reservation one evening. Breakfast was wonderful, a good array of cold meats cheeses etc and a selection of hot food cooked to order. About a 10 minute walk to the town or an Uber for approx ZAR50. Highly recommend.

An absolute gem of a find. Beautiful rooms all tastefully decorated. Lovely garden and pool area, all very tranquil and peaceful. They serve a great breakfast and the management and staff are all lovely and aim to please. As regular visitors to Stellenbosch we will definately be returning and make and make this our regular hotel of choice.

It's an excellent base for discovering the winelands and towns of Stellenbosch and Fraschhoek. Stellenbosch Manor is an attractive family house dating from the very beginning of the last century. It has been sympathetically updated and sits behind its own gates in a very well-tended garden. Rooms and bathrooms are beautifully appointed, although the shower and bathroom fittings could use a little TLC. Breakfast is buffet and a la carte, and sets you up well for a day's exploration. The place is well-staffed, and everyone is extremely polite and friendly. Highly recommended. The only slight disappointment was the pool, which looks huge in the photos (our compliments to the photographer) but in reality is a small square plunge pool. Otherwise, we had no complaints at all.
