Terrible room service. No hot water for 2 days. However we enjoyed our 3 days in south lake tahoe.

I checked out after one day , pool was closed , rooms very old . Not clean . The front desk told me that I can check out and they will refund me the rest of staying days . After I left the hotel they rejected to approve the refund Don’t recommend it at all

The check in at the front desk took 1 HOUR, we were part of a group and they gave our reservation and RATE to another party with the same last name. I took two clerks and a manager to correct the problem as we waited. No compensation was offered. The room was dingy and sparsely furnished, needed to be updated, the windows were dirty, the bathroom was extremely small, the tub looked like someone beat it with a chain. The bed sheets were like sandpaper. Even though we requested a late checkout housekeeping knocked on our door waking us at 8 am. Overpriced!

The information at the front desk is helpful. The restaurant in the hotel was better than expected.

I booked this hotel for my son. Since I am in China, he wanted to celebrate his daughter’s first year birthday at Tahoe. He sent some photos I will share. He said everything was great.

Clean room and overall great stay. I like the vibe at hard rock. I come every year for March madness

Amazing place with super cool decoration! The area of the lake is simply gorgeous!

I booked a King Room with Lake View. The hotel is cool with everything you would expect from anything that has a "Hard Rock" logo to it. The property is definitely run down and needs an upgrade. Our room was okay. Handles on the drawers were broken off. One of the lamp lights was out. Ceiling in the bathroom was kind of disgusting with stains, rust, and brown spots. I paid about $350 a night for 2 nights. I would not recommend staying here unless you are on a budget, and you won't be in the room often. Staff and everyone working at the hotel was nice though.

酒店很不錯。雖然從外面看有點年代感，裏面還是挺乾淨整潔的。 一層有個賭場，遛了一圈，完全不懂，沒多做停留。還有一個小賣部兼咖啡吧，可以買點吃的喝的，坐一會。4點才能入住着實有點晚，想先辦理要加錢😰 酒店住宿分兩個樓，Sunset Tower可能是新裝修過的吧，但是低樓層對着停車場，不知道怎麼能避免。 兩個樓之間有個游泳池，不大，看着挺漂亮的。不過不知道為什麼沒有開放。 特別想看風景，跟前台溝通半天，很幸運的給了。雖然樓道里有些暗，房間也有點舊，但是看到窗外風景，一切都不重要了😇😄

在太浩湖最繁華的商業區，去哪都方便。因為樓下自帶賭場，所以價格比同等條件不帶賭場的酒店便宜很多。

非常糟糕的一次體驗。我發現訂錯了日期請溝通取消，客服表示會溝通。然後酒店三天都不接電話、然後直接算我入住，客服也不告訴我，還説積極溝通，然後直接算入住，損失5000多！難以理解！如果早知道攜程客服如此不能負責，酒店如此難以溝通，再也不會去！

房間充電插頭都沒有，衹能從桌子底下找到插孔。房間空調也是壞的不製冷，浴室浴缸裏還有不明污漬。 而且房間沒有每天打掃。

酒店很舊，環境也不是太好，半夜一大幫人入住相鄰一間房，開着門放着超響的音響，向酒店投訴後，保安去交涉關了音響，等保安一走又繼續，暈😵‍💫
