Downstairs, the basement transforms into a hub of fun, featuring a game room with ping-pong, Pop-a-Shot basketball, and foosball. A second full bathroom and laundry area add extra comfort, ensuring every detail of your stay is cared for. Step outside to the private covered deck, where you can enjoy alfresco dining on the grill or simply relax in the cozy seating surrounded by the fresh Canton air. For groups exceeding 6, there is an additional fee of $35 per person, per day. This fee helps cover added liability, wear and tear, and cleaning. The maximum occupancy is 10 guests. • Parties & Events: Parties or similar gatherings are strictly prohibited. This policy is in place to protect the comfort and security of our guests, maintain the property, and respect the peace of our surrounding community. • No Pets: To ensure a clean and allergen-free environment, pets are not permitted. • No Weapons: For the safety of all guests, weapons are strictly prohibited on the property. • Noise Policy: All outdoor music and noise must end by 10 PM to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for everyone.
