The overall experience was terrible. The staff was trying to charge us almost 100€ MORE than it was requested in our booking. And only after we double checked our booking and showed him we could pay the real price. The name of the person is Aziz Arnautović. The first room we were given was also terrible (104). It has NO windows and we could not get some fresh air to get rid of terrible smell from the toilet that was in the room because of the absence of the window. In that room there were NO chairs to sit and now bath robes that should have been there. So, double check your booking prices before paying to the property and never accept the room number 104 with no windows 😬

Large room, well equipped, comfortable beds. Good bathroom. The staff are very helpful. Good breakfast. Good location, altough a bit of up/down to get to/from the city centre. The wifi isn't great but other than that a very nice place to stay.

Small boutique hotel with lovely, friendly and helpful staff (especially Hamzah & Ali). Location is perfect (near the cable cart up to Trebevic Mountain and a 9 min walk to the old town). Breakfast was lovely and consisted of traditional Bosnian spreads as well as continental European (eggs, granola, oats, etc) - hot and cold options available. Safe location for Solo travellers.

As my flight got cancelled I needed to book a hotel for an extra night. This boutique hotel was recommended to me and was relatively close to the city centre however a bit hard to find. Beautiful spaceous rooms and excellent rain shower. Breakfast choices were ok. The hotel also has an indoor pool which I did not use as I was only staying an extra night.

A very nice boutique hotel, close to the old town. The rooms were modern, clean. The staff is very kind and helpful, breakfast was fine, the pool is also nice and clean. There is a small parking lot at the front of the hotel. The old town is just a lazy 8 min to walk. We had a very nice stay here, absolutely recommended place if you want to close to the old town. The price / value is very good. We had a triple room, it was spacious and modern and clean.

Excellent hotel, clean, well equipped, quiet but at walking distance from downtown, very good breakfast, excellent and kind staff. I forgot my guide and it was sent to Italy by mail, I will never forget it! Very recommended for everyone, be it family or groups like ours (16 people). Very close also to the cableway to the top of the mountain Trebevic. Worth staying

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in questo hotel di charme di Sarajevo, posto in una strada difficile da individuare con il satellitare ma centrale. L'hotel offre tutti i confort di una struttura moderna con anche una piscina ed un centro benessere. Le camere sono spaziose così come i bagni. Parcheggio gratuito e personale gentile. Ci tornerei.

hotel pulito, non distante dal centro citta .personale gentilissimo: mi son sentita come a casa. Coccolata dall ' intero staff. Bravissimi. raccomando questo hotel a chiunque voglia soggiornare a sarajevo.
