The house is 3 miles from the town of Custer and is on 2 acres backed by forest service. The home was designed by Dutchish Design out of San Francisco over a two year period. A really unique home for the Black Hills. The home has concrete floors throughout and summertime overnight lows in the 50’s F so I did not have air conditioning installed. Open the windows at night to allow the cool air in and shut them during the day and all should be good!
