There is a charcoal grill located out front of the bldg, as well as common area table/umbrella space for hanging out. Full kitchen including a dishwasher and microwave for those nights you want to stay in, Keurig, as well as drip coffee makers (byo Kcups), and sheets and bath towels will be provided to our guests. There are 2 bedrooms, the first with a king bed, and the second with a queen and single bed.There is parking in front of the unit, but you can get around the Key using the Free Trolley system that runs from from 9:00 a.m til 10:00 p.m every 15 minutes. There are other free methods of transportation too that you can contact for pick-up (tips appreciated). And of course, Uber is always an option. Newly renovated gated beach access apartment with a pool. This is a four bedroom and two bath apartment that makes up one unit in a quadplex. It is on a very quiet private road that leads to a gated section of the Siesta Key beach that only residents on this street have access too.The house was completely updated and has all new furniture, sheets, pillows, towels, etc. The pool area was just upgraded with new pool/deck furniture.Amenities Included:- Private pool for guests only at our quadplex- Key fobs to the gated beach only a short walk to the beach- New sheets, towels, pillows, comforters, etc.- Soap and shampoo- Roku TV, able to login to all of your different streaming services- Netflix subscription included at the house- Beach chairs and toys- Super fast internet/wifi- Washer and dryer- Full size kitchen with all the essentials and a Keurig machine- Gas powered grill- Lots of outdoor seating by pool and patioThis property sleeps up to 10 guests.
