Beautiful post hurricane remodeled direct gulf front condo, less than 75 feet to the beach. Gorgeous views of the gulf and beach from the kitchen, dining room, living room and master bedroom. Sunsets can be seen directly from the lanai in November through February. A beautiful area to enjoy the tranquil beach and gulf views.Our fully furnished vacation beach condo rents weekly (Saturday to Saturday) and sleeps 4 (master king, guest queen and twin).Our 3rd floor condo is located directly on the beach and has one designated off-street parking space located close to the E building walkway, stairs and elevator.All condos, including lanais, walkways and the entire Pointe Santo property are Non-Smoking and Non-Vaping.Pointe Santo has tall palm trees and a freshwater lake and is Sanibel’s finest resort located directly on the Gulf of Mexico at the southernmost tip of the island, which runs east to west. Chaise loungers are available on the Pointe Santo property sand, near the beach and around the pool. The resort includes a heated saltwater pool and a saltwater hot tub. There are two pickleball courts and one tennis court available for use along with complimentary rackets available for loan at the office (Mon-Fri). Gas grills are available at three locations around the pond. Enjoy the sounds of the gulf, birds and the gorgeous water views from the lounge chairs located on the property at the edge of the beach.
