If you are traveling with as oversized delivery truck or U-haul etc, please do not book due to the parking constraints. The driveway is a shared driveway with the neighbor. Please do no park any cars blocking the driveway. Parking is on the left side of the shared driveway. Parking on the right is for the adjacent property. The center of the driveway should always be kept clear for both property's access.There are 4 bedrooms on the upper level with one full size updated bathroom. The conveniently located main level full bathroom has been recently updated with modern features. The lower level finished space is a great place to hang out with friends for extra privacy. Spend your summer evenings in the back yard by the fire-pit or enjoy the sunsets under the cover of the front porch. There are also two spacious decks perfect for outdoor leisure as well. A large fenced backyard for your fur babies as well.No-smoking Policy:This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.Pets Policy:WELL BEHAVED pets are welcome with a separate nonrefundable pet fee of $150 per 2 pets per stay.Occupancy Limits:Our house rates are based on 2 guests and we can accommodate up to 10 for additional fees.
