Comfortable home-feel type large modern studio apartment with high ceilling. Second floor, no elevator. Private space and separate entry. Enjoy the quiet space, gorgeous sunset view, and beautiful landscape, and smell the roses (during the season.) Listen to the birds, and smell the salty air and relaxing. Cozy large bedroom, large bathroom, and walk-in closet. Smart TV with Netflix access. Small fridge with freezer, microwave, and coffee maker. No kitchen. Plates, cups, glasses, and silverware are included. Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, coffee filters, and sugar. There are linens for the bed and one set of bath towels but please bring your own beach towels.We have one double bike, three regular bikes, a kayak for two people, and a stand-up paddleboard. These are shared among guests from two other apartments. We don't have direct access to the water. However, we're a two-minute walk to the Albemarle Sound access, and a boardwalk makes it perfect for a sunset stroll. We're about a ten-minute walk to the ocean. There's a distant view of the ocean from the bathroom and closet windows Bedroom faces the sound but the water view is blocked by trees. Please note that the studio is located on the 2nd floor via outdoor stairs.
