The house is located above the 500-year floodplain, approximately 40 feet above the water and lower dock. The deepest part of the lake is in front of our dock, and you have direct access to float, swim, fish, or paddle. We tend to have fewer powerboats coming through vs. closer towards Ski Lodge, as there is a shallow area a few hundred yards downstream of us. There long circular driveway has plenty of parking.The river house has a huge back yard with lots of outdoor spaces to entertain and great views of the Guadalupe river.
