There's an electric fireplace and a smart TV. The washer and dryer are located on this floor. A sliding glass door gives you access to the deck overlooking Sopris and the pinion forest. There's a grill, a dinning table and chairs and a sectional couch on the deck perfect for relaxing after a long day outdoors.Downstairs are 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 2 ensuite bathrooms. Each bedroom has a walk out sliding glass door to access outside. One bathroom has a walk in shower and the other a bath tub (perfect to bathe kids).There's a covered patio outside the bedrooms with another sitting area and a gas fire pit and chairs.The property backs up to BLM. There's abundant wildlife in the are.
