Each of these micro units is approximately 11ft x 12 ft and sport a queen-size bed for your comfort, and brand new tile and glass appointed bathrooms, along with funky ceiling lines and headboards. An eat–in bistro style table or Al-Fresco set of chairs outside will give you the max relax dining experience you have been searching for. A dedicated outdoor shower (one for Itty and one for Bitty) lets you wash away the sand and surf, just in time to grill the burgers at the shared community grill in the back yard. The three well-appointed cabins, two bathrooms, a living area, and a modern galley, provide a comfortable stay, to be sure....but who's staying inside when you can spend time on the large dock - relaxing with a good book, grilling out, swimming with the dolphins, paddleboarding, kayaking, or even fishing one of the best spots in town!This Blue Water Yacht spent most of its life sailing between California and Alaska, although she's been around the world twice. Her classic teak woodwork, comfortable layout, and modern amenities make for the perfect stationary getaway on the water.Oh...did I mention you get to name her? That's right, we've painted the back of her hull with chalkboard paint, and we provide the chalk. So have a little fun and come up with a cool name!The Yacht is on a very secluded dock just off the Folly River. This paradise is all yours for your entire stay. You can relax in the hammock or sit at the picnic table on the large pierhead overlooking the marsh. You can take one of the kayaks (we have 2 singles and 1 double) and paddle through the marsh exploring, go swimming, or try your luck fishing or crabbing from the dock. You can also enjoy a breathtaking sunrise and sunset - relax in the chairs on the dock, or up on the pierhead where you will always find a cool breeze. There are other places you can stay while you're in Charleston, but none of them are like this. You will be staying three football fields away from the nearest house. Just a mile from a grocery store, liquor store, and even a Chinese place - but you won't even think about that stuff, because you're in the middle of a beautiful marsh enjoying the outdoor adventure you always dreamed about. It is absolutely fine to invite guests to the dock to hang out while you're here. However, it is not fine to have a big party. You are also not allowed to just add additional people (over the 5 people you can book) to stay overnight unless you check with us in advance. You are welcome to trailer your personal boat down and put it in the water next to the dock (we have a ramp) then dock it on the same dock if you like. That makes it pretty easy to get up in the morning and go fishing. :) We have spent over two years building this paradise on the water. Park the car and walk everywhere on Folly Beach. Small unit (250 sq feet) just blocks to the beach. Its not the most modern, its a bit old, and small. Modest and quaint comes to mind. If new beach mansion is what you expect this may not be the place for you. However, what this place has to offer is location. Its best for solo travelers or couples looking to explore Charleston and hang out on Folly beach. You can walk to the beach in less than 2 minutes and walk to 10+ beach restaurants in less than 3. As close as it is to the beach, shopping, restaurants; the street is very quiet; at night you'll only be able to hear the waves or someone singing/playing guitar in the distance. This place comes with 1 assigned parking spot. Folly is the best place on earth and you won't find a better location for the money. As front beach as you can get! Designed in the style of a Mediterranean Villa, the home's unique architecture affords panoramic views from nearly every room in the house. A spiral staircase takes you up through 3 levels. Each floor has it's own private balcony and plenty of doors to let in the light and ocean breezes. The architectural detailing and furnishings are high end. Designer kitchen features marble counters, a 6 burner gas stove, Sub-Zero Frig and all the utensils to delight any chef. The Kitchen/Living room is on the 2nd floor with the Bedroom suites on the 1st and 3rd just enough separation and privacy for a multi family situation. The bedroom suites are a delight. Both master bedrooms open to over sized baths that feature dual vanities and large, walk in showers. The house has 4 beds (2 Kings and 2 Full size murphy beds). The Full size beds are in a suite off each King... it may not be private enough for a separate family, but certainly room enough for the kids or another adult. If unique is what you seek, this is the house for you. FULL DISCLOSURE: 1. There are a lot of steps to get to the 3rd floor bedroom. 2.
