TVA begins dropping the water levels in early September and will begin refilling them in early spring. While we do everything we can to keep our dock floating as long as possible, during the winter months it will likely be landlocked. Our home is still water front during the winter but please know that water will be much more shallow. We allow friendly dogs at our home!
