There are 2 paddleboards, life vests, wonder noodles and water lounges as well as some water toys and beach towels available to use during your stay. There are lots a places here to relax and enjoy the lake - my favorite is the recliner on the covered dock! A love seat and chairs on the lower porch for sipping a beverage with friends. A set of lounge chairs on the dock for reading that neglected stack of magazines. The covered dock has a comfortable dining table, perfect for sharing a meal with family while enjoying the sunset. The kitchen, family room and full bath are located on the lower level. The kitchen is fully appointed with dishes, utensils, cookware and small appliances including a blender, coffee maker, toaster and crock pot. There are also some cooking basics such as common spices, flour, sugar, oil and coffee. A 36" Blackstone griddle is located on the downstairs patio, close to the kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms in the home, all are located upstairs as well as the living room, washer/dryer, kitchenette coffee bar and half bath. The main bedroom has a king sized bed and wardrobe closet with drawers. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and features an lighted umbrella art installation on the ceiling. The third bedroom is a bunk room with 2 Twin XL bed, blackout blinds and a pocket door. Crib and highchair provided. Seasonal rates $499 per day includes insurance to operate. Mid April-Nov. varies on weather . The boat rental can be included with your home rental as an add on as well just let us know at booking how many days to add. Boat is conveniently located at the dock in the back yard. unlimited daily rental until dusk( note dock closes for gas daily at 5:00 and will need fueled up before returning to half tank. Lake Norman Marina is few min. from cove for gas. -Boat Rules .Please bring back with half tank of gas as it was when you took it out( send picture of fuel gage before and after) please we do not live in the area to re fuel this 300$ fine if not re fuel..
