We now have a big lawn! Our heart themed 3 bed 3 bath house is a great place to come and relax, have fun, and make some memories. We have 4 tv’s, a stocked coffee/cocoa/tea bar, ice machine, lots of blankets, fully furnished kitchen, great views from the 2 decks, 2 miles from lava hot springs, quiet country area where you can see the stars every night when it’s not cloudy, a gas fireplace to cozy up to, tankless hot water heater that doesn’t run out of hot water for those nice long baths, and more! It’s situated on 3 acres for you to take walks on, sit by the outdoor firepit (wood included), sled in the winter. We plan to finish our walkout basement this year to add another 3 beds/2 baths and kitchenette. Our landscape will be coming next month where we plan to add a lawn, flowers etc. We like to have gatherings and play games and offer the same. Each bedroom has a TV. Added a separate ice machine for summer parties and those trips away cause ice gets spendy, right? We are pet friendly and have a nice bed and blanket for your dog or cat and a wire crate for them to sleep in. We have dogs, and they are family to us and want them to be able to relax and have fun too! We provide shampoo, conditioner, body soap, epsom salt/baking soda for a nice bath, Qtips, makeup remover washcloths, and one of our favorite things is the sink vanities we have in 2 bedrooms where you can get ready without tying up the bathroom. Our washer and dryer are new and we know it’s nice to have modern conveniences available. When showering or going to the hot springs or pools, we have plenty of towels for the house and away. We like to travel and amenities are worth it and if you forget some toiletries, we have you covered. We love Lava and think you will too! Welcome to the “Lava Barn” the perfect gathering place for large families. Our home is located in Lava Hot Springs, Idaho. The Lava Barn was originally the centerpiece of a dairy farm established in the 1940’s. While the barn itself has been totally remodeled, the charm of the dairy still remains. The property is located 5 minutes from downtown where you’ll find epic river tubing and the famous Lava Hot Springs.The main level of the LavaBarn is the central gathering area for cooking, eating, relaxing, playing games, and watching movies. This level includes a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining area, a gas fireplace, a 75" TV, a massage chair (yep!) and a full bathroom.Overlooking the main gathering area is the king master suite, located in the loft. The suite includes a 55" TV and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.There are three bedrooms located on the lower level. Two of these bedrooms (one king and one queen) include a 55" TV and a set of bunk beds each (twin over full).The third bedroom is located in a more secluded area of the lower level. This area has its own living room, bathroom, and bedroom. The bedroom has a queen bed and a set of twin bunks. The living room has a pullout sofa and a 55" TV. This space is perfect for families in the group with smaller children who need more room to spread out. A pack n' play/travel crib is located in this space.In total, there are 4 full bathrooms at the LavaBarn. Creek's cabin has a tub/shower. The kitchens are fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare a meal. You will be able to brew a cup of coffee (provided) for sipping while enjoying the beautiful views. A cozy pellet stove is also available for heating the houses, or you can resort to the wall heaters. A/C unit during hot months. Fire pits through out property. The Cabins can be rented separately for 6 or less guests.
