So there is a potential of 23- 25 guests.The dining room seats at least 14 and the table out on the deck accommodates 14 as well. The deck also accommodates outdoor seating for 14-16 people as well as the dining table. There is a large dock for sunbathing and a motor boat hoist for rent.Each king size beds can be split to 2 twin XL beds for convenience.The living room has comfortable seating for the 14 guests.The landscaped yard has lovely gardens, benches, stone steps, mature trees, outdoor fire pit, hammocks, volleyball area and large lawn to play croquet or other family sports.The tennis court next door is available for use.There is a sandy beach area for children to play in as well to bring the 2 kayaks up.We also own Torch Lake Turquoise Waters next door which can sleep another 9 people in addition to the 14 at Sparkling waters.We are restoring the home to its former glory.
