The home sits next door to its sister property Turquoise Waters 564928 on VRBO which sleeps 9 for when you have larger groups and need more than 14 to 16 people at Sparkling waters. So there is a potential of 23- 25 guests.The dining room seats at least 14 and the table out on the deck accommodates 14 as well. The deck also accommodates outdoor seating for 14-16 people as well as the dining table.
