The laundry room features 2 large capacity washers and 2 large capacity dryers. The 6th bedroom is located in the studio apartment under the main villa. This apartment features an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, private balcony, and a kitchenette. This is a separate, private space but with stairs and a ramp leading up to the main villa from the outside, it is easy for guests to be a part of all the amenities that the main villa offers. Beautiful Dawn Beach is situated directly below the property and can be accessed from the neighborhood. (There are services there, 2 restaurants, bars, beach activities) for the rest, there is no development and it is beautiful! The Ferry runs to and fro at 30 minutes on the hour, so it is easy both to catch a ride there, and back. ~~ Beach bumming ~ As well as our Dawn Beach, there are many to explore! Great Bay, Maho Beach, Grande Case, Orient Beach to name a few. ~~ Nightlife is abundant! Whether Dancing; or low key Jazz on the Beach; Casino gambling, or Piano Bar ... it’s all here ! ~~ Front Street shopping & Great Bay is of course a fun time! Enjoy the duty free stores ~ walk along the beach - refresh by open bars, restaurants, evening entertainment are all there. ~~ Horseback rides on the beach with a "Champagne Sunset Ride" ~~ Front Street / Great Bay are full of waterfront restaurants and most nights music on the beach. Browse the shops, have a cocktail at the open tiki bars, or enjoy a relaxing lunch or dinner. ~~ In Grand Case is their gorgeous beach ~ & restaurants like the "Rainbow Cafe" relaxing day & night.
