Our ancient farmhouse has been recently converted in a magnificent Holiday Home with private pool by very talented architects. And than you can reach the Mediterranean sea and explore the famous 5 Terre on board of a sailboat, from a very unique point of view.The villa is located into a small village between Lucca and Pisa. The position is centrally located for excursions to the more famous towns in Tuscany but also to the sea with its long sandy beaches. The local area is lush and green and nature is characterized by olive groves, vineyards and woods. In the small authentic villages, it feels as if time has stood still. The villa has a pleasant and nice furnished veranda with barbecue, from here you have views of the countryside and the 2000 m2 large enclosed garden. Just like in a safari, we are going to drive around our district to explore small hamlets, villages, historical landmarks, castle ruins and artistic jewels such as the “pievi” that normally get unnoticed by travelers taking “different” roads.We can also drive through off-road trails to admire the local flora and fauna and visit the breathtaking canyon of ‘Orrido Di Botri’ where it is possible to have the rare opportunity to see the eagle in its natural habitat. You can access the canyon overcoming big rocks partly on foot or by wading through chest high deep pools of crystal water for a couple of hours to complete the whole track. Helmets will be provided at the entrance.
