A large, naturally landscaped property offers plenty of space to be outdoors. For your relaxation, I offer wellness massages and sound massages with singing bowls.You enter the apartment through a kind of winter garden, where you can also sit. Downstairs in the house is the sunny kitchen with a dining table and a combined living/bedroom. A somewhat steep, winding staircase leads to the attic. There is another room with a 1.40 meter wide bed, a single bed, and a pull-out couch. There is also a mezzanine for smaller guests with two mattresses and a seating area.The attic also contains the bathroom with a bathtub.The old clay house has low doors. The rooms downstairs are pleasantly cool in summer. Nothing here is standardly furnished; much is self-built. Not always perfect, but originally designed. I lived in this apartment myself for a long time and have now moved into the former, smaller vacation apartment in the same building.I use environmentally friendly materials whenever possible. The house is centrally heated with wood pellets and a solar system, is insulated with sheep's wool and hemp, and the wastewater is treated in a reed bed treatment plant. A photovoltaic system provides sufficient electricity when the weather is right.The boiler room is located in the house part of the vacation apartment, and during the heating season, I have to refill the wood pellets about every three days. I'm currently using one room as a storage room for things I rarely use. I discuss it with my guests if I need to go through the hallway of the vacation apartment.
