With 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths, there is plenty of room for the whole party to relax, unwind, get ready for the day, or wind down for the night.The covered back porch is perfect for sitting and watching boats come and go in White Sound. Our private pool is perfect for cooling off and soaking up the sunshine. With an open floor plan, you're able to cook, entertain, and enjoy everyone's company the entire time. We have all brand new stainless steel appliances, a full kitchen with beautiful porcelain countertops, a large deep sink, and packed with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and everything we could think of one might need if preparing a meal there. The house is cooled with 4 mini-splits that can be adjusted to individual preferences per bedroom. The washer and dryer are located in the main part of the house for easy access for laundering. We offer a 70" flat screen TV in the living room and TVs in 2 of the bedrooms. We have Starlink for internet. At full capacity, it works great. All the teens/kids/and adults were satisfied with the internet speed. A whole house generator is located on the property to offset any power outages. The house is located in White Sound just around the corner from the Bluff House. It comes with a private dock slip with water and 30/50 amp power just down the hill from the house.
