Through a doorway you’ll find the large open plan kitchen/living/dining area is complete with all the creature comforts. The kitchen has an electric oven and stove, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, pantry and all the crockery and glassware you’ll need. The large sofa and LCD flat screen TV make family movie nights a pleasure, or curl up in one of the cozy window seats with a book and enjoy the snowy outlook from the warmth of inside. The rear deck has a built in BBQ and is a great place to enjoy your gorgeous surrounds.First floor: The master bedroom has a king sized bed (which can be split into two singles upon request), two bedside tables with drawers and hanging space. The family bedroom has a queen sized bed, also with bedside tables and hanging space, and through the archway there are another two single beds. The family bathroom sports a luxurious corner spa bath (with shower overhead) and the separate toilet means there’s no need for interruptions.Loft: Come up the stairs (no ladder climbing required) and turn one way for two single beds, or the other direction reveals a king sized bed (which can be split into two singles upon request). This property is located in Geebung Road with views of the Dargo High Plains.This four bedroom, three bathroom property is perfect for families to enjoy.Sleeping a maximum of twelve people with children's retreat, three lounge areas. Bedroom number one has two sets of single bunk beds. This room is off to one the lounge areas and a deck. Bedroom number two has a queen bed with a set of single bunk beds along with an ensuite. This level has a large bathroom with shower, toilet and hand basin. This room also houses the laundry facilities. Up to the next level and to the right is bedroom number three with a king bed. And bedroom number four is also on this level. It has a queen bed. And separating these two bedrooms is a 'Jack and Jill ' bathroom with double shower, hand basin and toilet. Up to the next level of the house is the well appointed kitchen, dining and living areas. Extremely spacious areas. Leads out to a deck to which there are views of the Dargo High Plains. There is an open fire place and a cosy reading nook overlooking the snow gums. Next up to the mezzanine floor is an area to just lounge about. Great area for children. Once again looking out to the Dargo High Plains.
