Common areas also feature ping ping & outdoor games. You also have a large community laundry room with business center/desk and printer for guest use, plus beach towels, chairs, an ice chest and family games for your enjoyment to check out for free.Guest Access:You will have access to your own private unit with private outdoor eating area with your own BBQ. You will also have use of the community bar area with dining and a TV next to the kids corner that has play kitchen, connect four and more. Your down the street from the Vista Court House and minutes to Tri-City Hospital if your a traveling nurse this is a perfect spot.There is plenty of free parking on site.Other Things to Note:The property is located on a busy street but is set back from the road however if you have a dog or young kids you’ll want to keep an eye out because it is a busy road. We are currently having private gates designed for the front entry but for now there are no gates. Check out the drone photos on the listing. I stayed with my grandkids and dog and they were just fine but each family and pets react differently.
