This historic 560 square foot cabin has been completely renovated. The house overlooks the pavilion next to the Culture Center and has an amazing Pikes Peak view. All of downtown Woodland Park is only a block away! You can walk to town, enjoy yourself, and not have to worry about driving back to the home.The home has a xeriscape yard with a propane fire pit, lounge chairs, outdoor grill and patio set. The driveway is paved. Fencing provides privacy while enjoying the yard.Inside, the home has brand new furnishings. A beautiful bronze gas fireplace provides relaxation and warmth. The Pikes Peak bedroom has a queen bed that provides an amazing view of Pikes Peak while you sit in bed. This bedroom has its own smart television. The North Bedroom has two twin mattresses (trundle bed), its own smart television, and a game alcove that includes two arcade style games and bean bags.
