Located less than a half mile away is a private marina with a boat launch (small additional fee applies) where you can launch your boat to enjoy fishing, tubing or joyriding in the Sandusky Bay. Two kayaks, paddles and life vests with direct water access behind the cottage are included in this rental (Reference house rules for liability statement). There is another dining table upstairs than can seat up to 12 for larger gatherings. There is also a second living room space upstairs as well.The layout of the barn was designed to be perfect for sharing with family and friends for an extended stay or just one night!Check-in is a breeze! Just walk on in. No meet & greet or lock box to deal with. Your key is left inside the suite.We rent the barn out when we don’t have events so you’ll never double book with another event. You will always be the only guests on the property.Due to the large size of the barn, our cleaner often needs the full time between check-out and check-in to get the place ready, so early check-ins or late check-outs aren’t available.Other things to note:We are also a wedding and event venue, if you plan on renting this space for any type of wedding, big birthday party, family reunion etc., you will need to message us first for separate pricing. We do not allow events booked through VRBO.
