This unit is a 12 x 28 foot tiny house that comfortably sleeps 5 with a Queen Size bed, a Full sized mattress in the loft and futon in the living area. It features bedding, towels and kitchen essentials, Roku TV, Wifi, a front porch and rear deck with bench seating. The bathroom features a full 36” vanity with a corner shower featuring a luxurious rain forest shower and tankless water heater. Enjoy spectacular evening under the clear night skies while you BBQ next to a roaring fire. There are many tours, excursions, hikes, rafting all within a few short minutes from Oak Hill Resort. We have contracted with a local Firewood Co. that has set up an “honor” system for your firewood, $8 a bundle. No need to travel to find your fire wood. We offer parking for 2 cars at each unit. Do to our insurance policy we can NOT allow pets. We are located down a single lane road with a few neighbors a short distance away.
