This 1880's home is large and comfortable. Although home is rustic and a bit funky, (Over 145 years old!) beds are all new and very comfortable, and it the ONLY home in Mendocino with an extra large yard and a path directly to the beach!Great for a couples or a family. The Larkin Cottage is nestled amongst redwood trees just 3 minutes from the village of Mendocino. It is on the same property as the live-in owner's main residence. The cottage includes all the amenities of home. The kitchen is furnished with ample dishes and pots and pans should you decide not to enjoy the many wonderful restaurants in the area. Care has been taken to make sure that something is blooming every month of the year. The gazebo is a perfect spot for a small wedding.
