We have trails throughout the property to explore and they start right out the front door. There are two nearby creeks that offer seasonal (rainfall dependent) blue hole swimming. Sulphur Branch, down the hill from Tiny Tanasi, is easy to access. And Suck Creek, a local favorite, is just on the other side of Suck Creek road from the property. Tiny Tanasi is one of four cabins on our property where our family has been working for years to create a rare space for our guests to enjoy. Each cabin was either built by us from local materials or remodeled by us to be a unique space for you to experience.Born and raised here in Chattanooga, this land is the place we choose to raise our children - surrounded by nature and the incredible beauty of the Tennessee River Gorge. For years, we have hosted a forest school on our property to give children the opportunity to learn while immersed in nature. The school has relocated across the street, but you can still find our outdoor classrooms when you walk through the woods. We have several fire pits for you to enjoy for fireside chats and marshmallow roasting. We also have a charcoal grill for your use.Guest Access:Our tiny house is entirely yours to enjoy. We will do everything in our power to provide a comfortable experience, but please understand that we have no control over mother nature. This tiny house may not be the best spot for exploring toddlers as there is a ladder to access the open loft spaces.
