Because of the windows and the unit is walk out, it does not feel like a downstairs.The Nottingham House is located in the hills above Fairbanks, providing a quiet private location that is an easy drive to much to much of Fairbanks, including downtown, University of Alaska, Pioneer Park and the airport. The privacy allows quiet views of the stunning winter sunrises, as well as extended animal viewing in the back yard (we sometimes see moose!).
