The property is within 150 yards of the upper Arkansas River which is one of the premier white water rafting rivers in the US. This section of the Arkansas is also a Gold Medal Fishery. If you have a major league arm and the wind is at your back you can launch a rock from our spacious redwood deck into the river. If you travel past the Drive-in approximately 2 miles you will find the Cottonwood Hot Springs Resort, natural hot springs that you can soak in. Continuing on past the hot springs, approximately 2 miles is the turnoff for Cottonwood Lake, traveling 3 miles, you will then arrive at a beautiful, peaceful, serene mountain lake.
