Built in washer/dryer in the 1st floor bath. There is an outdoor deck with table, seating and bbq off the main living room. Downstairs a screened deck with a gas fire pit/game table with seating for six. Two kayaks, paddles and vests to be used at nearby pond, trail across the street.
