This townhouse is located in the quiet residential community The Villas of Bethany West, just steps away from a variety of restaurants and shopping. Our clean, updated kitchen includes all appliances, a breakfast bar, and even a washer / dryer. The spacious living / dining area includes a TV, fireplace, WiFi, and plenty of comfortable seating. The three bedrooms are all located on the 2nd floor. There is a master bedroom with a queen-sized bed, and two other bedrooms with 2 twin beds each. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV. The house receives plenty of natural sunlight. A large screened-in porch off the back of the house adds to the living space. The porch features a high ceiling, skylights, a ceiling fan, outdoor shower, seating for at least 8, and a closet stocked with additional beach chairs and supplies. A charcoal grill and 4 bikes are also provided for your enjoyment!The community has a large swimming pool along with a separate children's pool, tennis / pickleball courts, and basketball hoop - all just steps from the house and at no extra charge! This is a 7th floor condo in the oceanfront portion of the award winning Sea Colony resort (Farragut House).
